Homeless Woman, Valda , Nina
Kathi has been involved in live theatre for 5+ decades, starting as one of the children in The King and I at age 4. She has enjoyed growing from child actor, to ingénue, to leading lady, mother of leading lady and now character actor in comedies, dramas and musicals in Illinois, Washington, D.C. and Colorado. Kathi has also worked backstage as a make-up artist, set designer and painter, stage manager and director. Locally she has worked at The Vintage, Fox Aurora and Parker Arts. Some of her favorite recent roles are Granny Ghost in Government Issued Long Johns for the Athena Festival, Geneva Musgrave in Dearly Beloved , Sister Judy (Garland) in And ThenThere Was Nun, Nana inNana’s Naughty Knickers, Ethel in Moon Over Buffalo , Dolly in Kitchen Witches, Marguerite inDearly Departed Margaret St. James in Victoria’s House and just being a part of the ensemble cast of Streetcar Named Desire . She has worked as a reader for the blind in Colorado and now enjoys working as a Mad Scientist in grade schools and with the acting company for Dinner Detectives. She has also worked on film in commercials, industrials, TV shows including “Unsolved Mysteries, and movies and independent films. She recently retired from a long career in radio including WMBD, WIRL, KLZ, KYGO, KTLK, KHOW, Jones Radio and Dial Global Networks. In addition to theatre, her greatest joys come from her family of 3 sons, 3 daughters-in –law and her 4 exceptionally beautiful and talented grandchildren Blake, Declan, Natalie and Ashley.
Devra is honored to be a part of The Playground and to help these exciting works come to life. Recently she has appeared in the Edge’s world premiere of Gifted. Other contemporary credits include The Laramie Project with Evergreen Players and Hollywood Arms at the Arvada Center. Favorite roles include Margy from State Fair, Agnes from I Do, I Do and Flaemmchen in Grand Hotel
Stephen R. Kramer
Stephen R. Kramer moved to Denver to go to the University of Denver in 1971 and has worked with just about every theater group in the rocky mountain area. But he is more widespread known for his work at Germinal Stage where this next season will mark his 30th year. He is a board member at Germinal Stage holds the title of Assistant Director-Manager. He has worked on more than 200 productions as Actor, Director and/or Designer. This is his first production with And Toto too, and hopes there will be many more to follow.
Susan has appeared in commercials, film, print and stage in Denver, Chicago, and Wichita. She holds a B.A. from the Wichita State University, and a certification in Shakespeare from The London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art. Fun things she has tried, skydiving, hot air ballooning and zip lining.
Camden is a creative writing major at Denver School of the Arts, with an interest in playwriting. His most recent appearance was in Ripple Effect Theatre Company’s Waiting for Godot as The Boy. Camden has appeared in commercials for The Denver Broncos, and King Soopers. When not onstage Camden plays competitive soccer.
Harrison is currently studying with The Colorado Children’s Theatre. His most recent appearance was in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs as Happy with the adult dance company-Parallax Dance Company. His skills include Tae Kwon Do, Tap Dancing and Origami. This is Harrison’s stage acting debut, although he has been involved in And Toto too since he was very young as an usher and production assistant.
Kevin Richard McGuire
Dr. Intelligent, Eric
Kevin has lots and lots of experience acting…in Colorado Springs-appearing in Henry V, Reservoir Dogs, and God of Carnage, which is the primary reason why you have never heard of him. He is ecstatic, however, to make his Denver debut with And Toto too Theatre Company and overjoyed to know these folks.
Lauren Cora Marsh
This is Lauren Cora's first show with And Toto too Theatre Company. Favorite past roles include Ilse, Spring Awakening (Town Hall Arts Center), Crissy, Hair (THAC), Sally Simpson, Tommy (THAC), Shy, Best Little Whorehouse in Texas (Vintage), Female Soloist, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson (Aurora Fox) and Audrey, Little Shop of Horrors (Equinox). She would like to thank Susan and Nicolette for this opportunity and the playwrights for creating this unique body of work.
Brave Fairy, Ian, Stephen
Dylan has been newly introduced to the Denver theater scene after a three year hiatus from theater, not counting a one year stint with Chippendales. In the last nine months he has performed with Cherry Creek Theater-Twelve Angry Men and Spotlight Theater A Few Good Men, and is pleased to be a part of And Toto too for this production because he feels passionate about showcasing the work of local writers instead of long established plays
