Lorraine Scott
Director
Lorraine Scott has been involved in many areas of theatre for over 30 years. Originally from Kalamazoo, Michigan she holds a B.A. in theatre from Western Michigan University and a M.F.A. in directing from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. She has been directing, administrating, teaching, and performing in the Denver area for for the past 15 years. Her directing experience includes "Born Yesterday", Bus Stop", "She Stoops to Conquer" and "Crimes of the Heart". In the last few years she has enjoyed playing the roles of Martha in "Arsenic and Old Lace", Gertie in "Fuddy Meers" and Betty in the film "Flat Dog Dreams". For the past three years Lorraine has been the Director/Coordinator for the Playwrights Showcase of the Western region for the Arvada center and Red Rocks community college Theatre Department. Her current full time positon is Visiting Assisant Professor with Metorpolitan State College and she is the Colorado Representative to the Rocky Mountain Theatre Association.
Darren Smith
Set & Sound Design
As technical director for And Toto too, Darren is responsible for the technical operations of the theater, determining technical staffing and equipment requirements for productions, and acts as the central coordinating point for the designers, the stage management team, the craftspeople, etc. – throughout each production.
Karalyn “Star” Pytel
Lighting Design
Star is the Resident Lighting Designer for the Denver Victorian Playhouse. Star also works as the Resident Lighting Designer for Miners Alley Playhouse, The Playwright Theatre and Arapahoe Community College where she also teaches Lighting Design. Star recently was nominated for “Best Actress” by the Denver Post for her role of Deborah in I Never Promised You a Rose Garden.

Mary-Beth Nelson
Stage Manager
Mary-Beth's love of live theatre began with seeing her father act and direct community and high school productions while growing up in Massachusetts. Soon she was costuming, stage managing and assistant directing. She is now a student at Metropolitan State College in Denver double-majoring in Theatre and Dramatic Literature. Most recent credits include Asst. Stage Manager for Metro's production of "A Day in the Death of Joe Egg" and Production Assistant/Costumer for Spotlight Theatre Company's "Run for Your Wife" and "Caught in the Net." Mary-Beth would like to thank Lorraine and Susan for the opportunity to work with such a marvelous cast and script. May our cows fly on a favorable wind!
Stacey Nelms
Makeup Design
Stacey has done make-up and hair for The Gingerbread Lady and A Midsummer Night's Dream, among others. She also has experience in directing, costuming, set painting/construction, PR photography, and acting. She is thrilled to be able to contribute to this production. Thank you Lorraine!
Maggie Cochran
Makeup Design
Maggie is a member of Hunger Artists Ensemble Theatre. Her recent directorial works include Letters to Home and An Evening With Edgar Allan Poe. Maggie's make-up design includes Alice in Wonderland and The Hobbit and Starmites. Maggie holds a B.A. in theatre from the Metropolitan State College of Denver.
