Patrick Elkins-Zeglarski (Director)

Patrick Elkins-Zeglarski works nationally as a theatre educator, dramaturg, and director. Patrick’s on-going collaboration with playwright Melissa McCarl has included dramaturgical support for her plays, Lost Creatures, Crazy Patterns and Poignant Irritations.

 

 

 

billie mcbride (Louise brooks)

Billie is so pleased to be back with And Toto Too where she did Pardon My Dust.  She has recently been seen in Ripcord for the Boulder Ensemble Theatre Company and The Last Romance at the Barth Hotel for its annual fundraiser.  This year she did Driving Miss Daisy at the CSFAC, Velocity of Autumn at The Lake Dillon Theatre, 4000 Miles for The Cherry Creek Theatre and Outside Mullingar at Little Theatre of the Rockies in Greeley.   Before moving to Colorado she spent 20 years in NYC doing theatre and Television.  Her NY stage credits include Torch Song Trilogy (Helen Hayes), Safe Sex (Lyceum) and The Kurt Weill Cabaret (Bijou Theatre).  Since moving to Colorado she has worked at The Denver Center, The Arvada Center,  And Toto Too, The Pluss at the JCC, TheatreWorks, CSFAC, The Cherry Creek Theatre, Miners Alley, and BETC (Ensemble Member). She has won 3 Henry Awards for acting and directing and was given the Theatre Lifetime Achievement Award in 2014.  Billie is also a director and Voice Over Talent and is a proud member of Actor’s Equity Association.

 

mark collins-(Kenneth Tynan)

Mark is pleased to be back with And Toto too, where he has enjoyed appearing in the Annual Play Crawl. Other recent credits include God of Carnage, The Cripple of Inishmaan and The Pitmen Painters at Miners Alley Playhouse: How I Learned to Drive and SLAB with square product theatre; Mr. Burns — a post-electric play and A Public Reading of an Unproduced Screenplay About the Death of Walt Disney with The Catamounts; Jerusalem and The Beauty Queen of Leenane, both at The Edge Theater. And, Mark played Boolie, son of Billie McBride's Daisy, in Cherry Creek Theatre's Driving Miss Daisy.

ANNABEL READER-(LULU)

Annabel is excited to be working for the first time with And Toto too. Annabel works as a dancer, costume designer/creator, professional two or four legged stilt performer and a mixed media artist. Originally from New Zealand she has worked throughout her home country, Europe, Asia and the USA in the dance arts, film productions (she was an Orc in Lord of the Rings trilogy), stilts, aerial arts and as a character circus performer. She has created performance commissions for Downtown Boulder and choreographed a full length solo dance performance A Life Lived in Skin. As a performer she has been in Footnote Dance Company, Empress Stilt Dance, Spinal Chord, EyeSoar Performance, Evolving Doors Dance, Borillio Entertainment, The Catamounts to name a few. While in the States she primarily works as costume designer, earning a 2016 Henry nomination for her design of Peter and the Starcatcher for Theatre Aspen. Her qualifications are: National Certificate in Pacific Cultural Performing Arts, 1996 NZ,  Bachelor in Performing and Screen Arts, Choreography/Contemporary Dance major, 1999 NZ ,Certificate in Therapeutic Massage, 2000 NZ.

dARREN SMITH (SET/SOUND DESIGN)

Darren Smith has been design sets and sound for And Toto too since 2005, and is the resident Tech Director. In 2008 he received an Ovation Award Nomination from the Denver Post for his sound design of The Glider. Select Set/Sound Designs: The Glider (2008), Heads (2009), Car Talk (2011), The Playground (2014) and Smoke (2015). His daytime alter ego is co-founder of the software company Point of Reference.

 

 

SUSAN LYLES (cOSTUME DESIGN)

Susan has been designing costumes for over a decade. Some select designs: The Lion in Winter (Denver Victorian Playhouse), Greater Tuna (Denver Victorian Playhouse and Town Hall Arts Center), Tuna Christmas, True West, Other People's Money, The Field, Woman and Scarecrow, The Fantasticks, 12th Night, Out of Order (Denver Victorian Playhouse), The Playground, Car Talk, Heads, Who Will Sing for Lena, The Glider, Appliance, Smoke, (And Toto too). Susan is also the founder and Producing Artistic Director for And Toto too.
