JEFFREY ATHERTON (Jeffrey)

Jeffrey holds a bachelor's degree in music and theatre from Florida State University and a master's in computer education from Nova South Eastern University. He has been a choir director in school and church before moving to NYC to pursue a professional acting career. His acting credits include Higgins in My Fair Lady, Charlemagne in Pippin, El Gallo in The Fantasticks, Fagin in Oliver, Saunders in Lend Me A Tenor and various appearances in television and film, as well as several decades as a voice over artist. Jeffrey also works with physicians as a communications coach, is an acting and vocal coach and runs a digital marketing studio. When asked where he is from, Jeffrey Atherton answers, " Born in Hanover, NH, raised in Sarasota, FL, matured in NYC, and came to Denver, CO to raise a family". The family includes his beautiful wife, Natalie and 3 adult children Justin, Raechal and Serea. Onward & Upward!

MEGAN DAVIS

Megan Davis (she/her) - is so happy to be in her first Play Crawl! You might be used to seeing Megan as the resident Stage Manager at Firehouse Theater, and she's excited to do something so fun and different. She wants to thank Susan and Kate for thinking of her and letting her be a part of this wonderful experience, and to everyone who comes out to be a part of live theatre!

LORRAINE LAROCQUE (Cecile)

This is Lorraine’s third year with And Toto too's The Play Crawl. Lorraine studied theatre at North Carolina School of the Arts and has performed throughout N.C. and Colorado. Favorite roles include: Sarah in TRYING, Slippy Helen in THE CRIPPLE OF INISHMAAN, and Meredith in FIVE WOMEN WEARING THE SAME DRESS. Lorraine is grateful to have been a part of this lovely play crawl - thank you, Susan!

DARLENE GRANDY

I love the idea of Play Crawl. My fourth Play Crawl, my third Linda Berry piece. She’s great. Past performances include WRTC (Christmas Cactus), Broomfield Community Players(Christmas Carol)Firehouse Theatre Company (Gross Indecency, The Three Trials of Oscar Wilde), Coal Creek Theatre Company (And Then There Were None). Theatre Company of Lafayette, (Time of My Life) Town Hall Arts Center (Applause,Company) Theatre on Broadway, (Campaigning) Arvada Center, (God’s Favorite) CRTC (I Hate Hamlet, Talk Radio) and Spark Theatre (Miracle on 34 th St.).Past credits also include her time as a professional performance ASL interpreter, working with Arvada Center, Denver Women’s Chorus, PHAMALY, Rocky Mountain Deaf Theatre and various theatres and performing groups in the Denver area.

KATE POLING (RAE)

Kate is excited to be back for another Play Crawl. Kate is an actor and director in the Denver area. Credits with And Toto too include Gertrude and Ophelia in Hell, One Last Thing Before I Forget, South Star, The Way Station, and Smoke. Other regional credits include: My Mother and the Michigan/Ohio War (Miners Alley); Othello, Pride and Prejudice (Firehouse Theater) and Rumpelstiltskin, The Nutcracker and Robin Hood(Miners Alley). Directorial credits include These Shining Lives and Little Women(Firehouse Theatre), Cinderella, Snow White and the Seven Martians, Mother Goose and Juan Bobo (Miners Alley TYA) Next up, Kate is headed to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with Flying Solo! Presents in August. Enjoy the plays!

SAM CHARNEY (JADE)

Sam Charney is thrilled to be taking part in their fifth Play Crawl! Sam’s passion is theater which expands the audience's experiences so they can gain new perspectives on the world, and they also love all things Shakespeare.  Sam is also passionate about makeup and costume design.  When not creating, they can be found advocating for LGBTQ+ rights or immersed in fiber arts. Sam would like to thank their family, friends, and artist mentors for their unwavering support and guidance in their artistic and personal growth. They are going into their junior year at NYU for a BFA in Collaborative Arts next year. Some productions you may have seen Sam in are Just Letting You Know and Transduction. Sam also recently made their Off Broadway directing debut, directing Hellmouth Theater Company's A Pirates Life. Sam would like to thank their family and friends for always supporting them, acting mentors for helping them grow as artists and people, and And Toto too for this amazing experience they have loved being a part of!

CHRIS MEDINA (Jay)

Chris Medina is grateful to be here! This is his fourth time participating in THE PLAY CRAWL! It really is one of his favorite theatre events in all of Colorado. He would like to show appreciation to his amazing wife and three beautiful daughters for letting him come play! He is looking forward to bringing more incredible theatre to Colorado. Favorite past productions as a director or actor include: We Will Rock You, Harvey, 12 Angry Men, Spamalot, Kimberly Akimbo, Hellcab, August: Osage County, Dog Sees God, The Nerd and Josh Hartwell’s adaptation of A Christmas Carol. Currently, Medina’s directorial effort Four Old Broads on the High Seas is playing to sold out crowds at Funky Little Theater Company in Colorado Springs. Up next, Medina is ecstatic to direct step into Mitch Albom’s shoes in Funky’s August production, Tuesdays With Morrie! Thanks for supporting And Toto too Theatre Company, they are one of my favorites!

Jeff Jesmer is very excited to share this experience with a live audience. Thank you for supporting live theatre in our community. Jeff works around Denver as a Set Builder/designer and as an Actor. MEG CHAMBERLAIN (MELIA)

Meg was most recently seen in Daughtering by Nina Alice Miller at the Dairy Center. She began her career in Black Comedy at the Roundabout Theatre on Broadway. Since then, she’s been Lady Macbeth, Maggie the Cat, and Mrs. Bob Cratchit just to name a few of her favorites. As for film and TV, Meg was in The War That Made America, Leverage, and Gus Van Sant’s Restless. She’s now a proud Co-Owner of Timeless Today. She is very grateful to her family and friends! FLY

SINA HIRSH (Britt)

Sina has been involved with theater for over 30 years. She has experience in a variety of performance and directing genres, including musical theater, children’s theater, improvisational comedy, and Shakespeare. She has initiated and facilitated programs for children’s summer workshops and after-school theater enrichment programs. Her most recent performances include Justice is Served (Drop Your Shorts Competition)A Manny for Us (WRTC)Bleacher Bums (Potroast Productions), The Woman In Black (WRTC), Cyrano de Bergerac (WRTC), and Information for Foreigners (WRTC), and has directed adult and childrens' productions in the Denver area. Sina is thrilled to be a part of The Play Crawl, and encourages you to continue to support local theatre

ROGER WINN (TY)

Roger Winn is pleased to be back for the Play Crawl, this time as an actor. He has acted and directed in quite a few over the years. Roger has been acting, directing, and running a theatre for the better part of 3 decades in Denver.

MEREDITH YOUNG (ANN TELOPE TWOMY)

Meredith is thrilled to return to the Play Crawl and And Toto too after recently appearing in Fierce Satire and Mediocre Sex. Her Colorado credits include A Christmas Carol and The Cripple of Inishmaan at Miners Alley Performing Arts Center, Twelfth Night and The Effect of Gamma Rays on Man-in-the-Moon Marigolds with The Three Leaches, The Never Summer with Feral Assembly, and Circle Mirror Transformation with Curious Theatre Company. She received her BFA in Theatre from the University of Colorado.

ERICA SARZIN-BORRILLO (CRANSTON BURD)

Erica Sarzin-Borrillo is a gifted Renaissance woman, and has made a life in the integrative arts as a performer, a visual artist, and healer. She is also a Visionary Writer, who several years back authored her first book of mystical poetry called, “The House of Gathering”, and soon after created the “Oracle of the Divine Feminine". Her newest publication, “Chasing Radiance, Memoirs & Musings” was recently launched and can be found on Amazon, Balboa Press, and Barnes and Noble. With a background in Spiritual psychology Erica has devoted her life to the continuing studies in the field of Human potential and metaphysics. Some of her mentors have included Jean Houston, Michael Meade, and Tamar Stone. Her healing arts practice called, “Mythic Healing Arts” utilizes a variety of tools for these changing times with a mission to mid-wife the birth of new vision, and to restore the balance of mind, body, and Soul.

GINA WENCEL (CHLOE)

Gina Wencel is an actor, writer and singer. She has acted throughout the Denver area as well as Los Angeles. Favorite roles include Alma in Eccentricities of a Nightingale, Shen Te / Shui Ta in the Good Person of Szechwan, Masha in The Three Sisters, and Alice in Tiny Alice. She has had the pleasure of acting in new plays by local playwrights such as Ellen K. Graham and Dakota Chase Hill. She is excited to be performing in a piece by Tami Canaday in And Toto too’s 2026 Play Crawl.

VERONICA STRAIGHT-LINGO (ALLISON)

Veronica Straight-Lingo is an actor/director/designer/improvisor/sketch comedy artist in the Denver/Boulder area. Recent acting credits include: Tawny/Deb From Upstairs in Let Nothing You Dismay (Firehouse Theater Company), Malvolio in Twelfth Night (Foothills Theater Company), Sister Mary Ignatius in Sister Mary Ignatius Explains it all For You (Three Leaches), Olivia in Twelfth Night (Three Leaches), Wanda in Best Day of Your Life (Vintage Theater). She also hosts Metro Arts on KGNU, Boulder/Denver/Fort Collins. Thank you to everyone who says yes to local theater!

PAUL BACKER (PETE)

Paul Backer has a BFA from Mesa College in Acting and Directing. He's been seen recently in Foothills Repertory Company's Twelfth Night as Sir Toby Belch, Much Ado About Nothing as Dogberry and As You Like It as Touchstone. He would like to thank his wife and you for coming out and seeing live theater.

BLAKELY SAUCIER (STACY)

Blakely Saucier currently resides on planet Earth, where she works to support the field of integrative mental health by day and plays as an actor, dancer, storyteller, and writer by night. Favorite past roles include Second Witch in Macbeth, Roderick Usher in Three Tales of Poe, Rita in Cabaret Kalisz, Mabel Reed in Girl Talk, and Kayleen in Gruesome Playground Injuries. A devoted advocate for psychedelic medicine, Blakely narrated and produced a spoken word album of Timothy Leary’s Psychedelic Prayers featuring music by Desert Dwellers and Liquid Bloom, available on all major streaming platforms! 

PHIL LUNA (ROB)

Phil Luna is an award-winning actor and director. Most recently he was part of the creative team on The Birth of Christmas which won Best Experimental Short Film at the Vegas Indie Film Festival 2026. In 2025 he directed Cheyanne  by Cipriano Ortega which won Westword Best New Play. Other directing accolades include Cat on a Hot Tin Roof "- Top 5 Plays of the Year, and Best Comedy for Dona Rosita's Jalapeno Kitchen. This is his first Play Crawl so, he is excited to be working with REM Productions and, with Susan and And Toto too.

JENNY KIM EAVES (HALEY)

Jenny is excited to be working with And Toto too in her first Play Crawl! Most recently she was Meiko in Eureka Day at the New Mexico Actors Lab in Santa Fe. Other favorite roles include being part of the ensemble in Let Nothing You Dismay (Firehouse Theater Company), Nina in Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike (Theater Company of Lafayette), Judy Boone in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time & being a part of The Laramie Project ensemble (DCPA Education), and also mom to the best kid & pups ever. CHRIS KENDALL (MATT)

Chris is delighted to return to the Play Crawl for the third time. Most recent work has been in And Toto too’s production of Edith Weiss’s Fierce Satire and Mediocre Sex at Buntport. Favorite roles in Colorado include The Poet in An Iliad with BETC; at Miners Alley: Shylock in District Merchants, and Picasso in A Picasso; Benchmark: A Great Wilderness, and Smokefall. Cherry Creek Theatre: A Moon For The Misbegotten, and Tuesdays With Morrie; with The Catamounts: Impossible Things, Land of Milk and Honey and Moulin Scrooge; Telluride Theater Company:The Tempest.
